International Actuarial Careers Network (IACN) of
the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFA), UK
As you may be aware that the IFA has developed the IACN for students, they are eager to provide more help to our students.
The IACN has been created so that students can join together to discuss industry topics, network with students and employers and find out firsthand what employers and the industry want from them. For more information, please visit http://www.actuaries.org.uk/iacn.
In this regard, IFA is jointly organising with the department a career seminar for students. During the seminar, Mr Michael Fung from Towers Watson, the speaker, will introduce who he is, how he got into his role, and hints and tips for students getting into the industry.
