To register for the Conference, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click here to “Create User Account” (Registration & payment procedure here) to fill in your personal particulars and, if applicable, submit the abstract of your talk/poster.

    2. After successful creating an account, you will then receive an email (at your registered email address) shortly with details of payment process.

    The registration fee will cover admission to the conference dinner, 5 coffee sessions and 3 lunches.

    # To be qualified for the special fee, proof of student status must be sent by email to the IASC ARS 2019 Secretariat at iasc-ars2019@hku.hk.

    *The tutorials will be held on December 2, 2019. Registration for the tutorials will be accepted on a first come, first served basis due to limited seats.

 

Conference Banquet for Companions1, 2

Details of the conference banquet for companions can be found below. These are optional for registrants and will be charged separately.
