A winner in each catetory of HKU research awards

The Award Presentation Ceremony for Excellence in Teaching and Research (Click here for pictures) was held at 5 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2002 in the Rayson Huang Theatre.

The Ceremony presents the following four research awards: (1) Outstanding Research Student Supervisor Award, (2) Outstanding Young Researcher Award, (3) Outstanding Researcher Award and (4) Distinguished Research Achievement Award.

Our Department is a total winner in HKU's research awards in the sense that we have at least one winner in each of the four categories of research awards in the last three years and the winners are:
